Digital Rewards Now Being Distributed!

Hi everyone,

We're pleased to announce that digital rewards are now being distributed via BackerKit to all backers who completed their surveys!

You should get an email from BackerKit to access these rewards, but if you'd like to do this yourself, please go into your survey:

Once in your survey, you should see a blue "Get Your Digital Downloads" button:

You'll then see the Volume 2 Digital Edition PDF and digital wallpapers to download. There's 3 total wallpapers that come in a compressed zip file for you all!

Additionally, and PLEASE READ THIS PART CAREFULLY, if you are in a reward tier that includes the Volume 1 PDF or selected the Volume 1 PDF as an add-on, you will see it in the downloads as well:

BackerKit Surveys Have Begun To Launch (PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST)!

Hi everyone!

We are pleased to tell you that our BackerKit surveys have begun to go out! Thank you for your patience as we prepared them.

PLEASE NOTE: BackerKit will send surveys in waves over the next two days, so pleaseallow up to 48 hours for your survey to be processed and sent to you. If at that point you still have not received one, first please check your spam folder, and check that the email you used on Kickstarter is the email account you're checking.

If that doesn't work, you can click the link below to enter the email address associated with your survey and BackerKit will send you a new one:

Please note, if you use an Apple ID with your email address, a different email could be generated for you for security reasons. If you need this email changed, just click here to direct message us so that we can help! (must be logged in to your Kickstarter account for this link to work).

If you need to modify or upgrade your pledge in BackerKit, see something that doesn't look right, or have any other issues/questions,  just click here to direct message us so that we can help! (must be logged in to your Kickstarter account for this link to work)! 

Surveys will remain open for about 30 days, then we will lock orders and charge for shipping (you can still modify your address if needed). 

Once locked we'll have proper order numbers so that we can begin going into production on items, and we'll be able to distribute digital rewards shortly thereafter!

Additionally, if you or someone you know missed the Kickstarter and wants to still get in on the action, we're accepting late pledges here!

Finally, we're pleased to share with you all that we’re getting ready to launch our The Darkness Complete Collection Volume 4 Kickstarter campaign!

This is one of the most requested eras! Jackie is stripped of the Darkness, forced to survive on his own… and it gets BRUTAL.

We'll be building this the one the same way as past campaigns:

• Premium collected graphic novel that feature a dust jacket and a bookplate signed by Marc Silvestri
• Campaign-only exclusives 
• Unlockable stretch goals, as well as add-ons

Missed a previous volume? There will be a limited catch-up tier for Volumes 1–4.

Surveys Being Tested!

Hi everyone,

We are pleased to announce that everything for the BackerKit survey setup is now in a good place. We have begun doing a "smoke test", which is where we send surveys to only a small group of backers to make sure there aren't any issues before sending them out to the larger group.

Assuming there are no hiccups or issues reported during the test, we plan on launching surveys to the wider group on Monday, May 4th or Tuesday, May 5th.

We'll do another update when this happens, so stay tuned!
